Week 3 goes deeper into cellular nutrition. Your energy starts at the cellular level. In this session, we’ll explore how your cells actually produce energy, and what nutrients and foods support this process. We’ll examine the dirt, understand what you eat and how your body functions on a deeper level. This is where understanding turns into long-term transformation.
